Preparing the Solution
Fill the two 25-liter containers with your chosen liquid solution, ensuring not to exceed 20 liters to prevent overfilling.
- Red for hollow cone spraying.
- Burgundy for wide angle spraying.
Operating the Sprayer
Choosing the Nozzle
For wide angle spraying, follow these steps:
- Remove the spray cap from the lance top.
- Carefully extract the circular spray disk and store it safely.
- Attach the red nozzle so it protrudes through the cap and replace the cap.
For towed spraying with wide angle:
- Remove the black thumb screw from its holder.
- Depress the lance's trigger, positioning the barrel in the bracket between the two containers with the trigger face upwards.
- Reinsert and tighten the thumb screw in the bracket to keep the trigger in a depressed position.
- Ensure the wedge nozzle is directed downward.
- Press the control button and confirm that the white anti-syphon tap is open when ready to spray.
Initiating Spraying
Start the spraying process, making sure to monitor the efficiency and coverage. After turning off the pump, remember to close the white anti-syphon tap to prevent unwanted siphoning.
Maintenance of the SCH BSP Sprayer
After-Use Care
Flush the system with clean water after each use to eliminate any residue and prevent clogging.
Check and clean the two filters regularly:
- The mesh filter at the pump's base.
- The filter within the brass trigger lance handle.
Important Points
- Pump Operation: If the pump fails to operate on the first press, release and press again repeatedly until it starts. Avoid allowing the pump to run dry.
